I love BB Cream & am a self-confessed addict! I barely ever use foundation. I have good skin so I don’t need that much coverage, & I use concealer for my dark circles. I need to feel like my skin is breathing – that is one of the most important things to me when putting any product on my face.

So let’s start talking Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB ->>> The Garnier BB Cream (Miracle Skin Perfector) is an ‘all-in-one’ skincare solution that combines mineral pigments and skincare. It contains SPF 15 to assist in protecting your skin from the sun’s rays. Garnier says it will blur imperfections; smooth fine lines & boost your skins glow. The Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream comes in 3 shades: Light / Medium / Dark. I use the Light because I am quite fair skinned, however if I spent a bit of time in the sun then I can use the Medium shade. This retails for about R85 at Clicks or Dischem. Zando also sells it at R85 (click here).

My Review: This was 1 of the 2 BB Creams I used most in 2013. I would alternate between the 2 every week, & purchased a few tubes throughout the year. The Light shade really matched well with my skin. I have normal skin that is not sensitive or oily, & so I did not experience any irritation or oilyness when using this product. However, I did try it on an oily skin type prior to doing this review, & I do not suggest you use it if you do have oily skin. Instead, rather opt for the Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector BB Cream for Oily/Combination skin. The coverage of this product is quite sheer, so if you are looking for  medium to heavy coverage then I suggest you try a foundation. However, I think this also works great as a primer under your foundation, which will essentially add to the coverage of your foundation. It is also very hydrating, & leaves the skin looking dewy – which I like.
Overall, I think this is a great go-to-product for everyday use. I have been using it since it first launched. And although I am a part of a the Garnier #WhatsYourBB campaign, I have made sure to be honest about my thoughts.
