Clarins Daily Duo Review & GIVEAWAY [Closed] | BEAUTY

As I am sure you are all aware by now, I have been trying out the Clarins Double Serum & the Clarins Multi-Active Day & Night Creams for the past month. I started using these products after about 14 days of international business travel. My skin was not in its best state. It felt dehydrated, extremely textured (rough), & also didn’t look very good in terms of radiance. I will admit that I am not the best at taking care of my skin in general. However, I can proudly say that I have been using these products twice a day for the past month. Minus the incident I had with my bag being lost by an airline, so I missed 1 night regime & 1 morning regime. Other than that, I have been dedicated to using the products.

My Review…

As a 27 year old woman, anti-ageing anything catches my interest. Getting older does that to the best of us. And the fine lines around my eyes are certainly not helping the situation. Also, my life is extremely fast-paced, as well as stressful, & I don’t get much sleep.

I always like to set goals for a project. My goals for this Daily Duo project were as follows:

  • I would like my skin to be smoother & not as textured.
  • I would like my skin to appear & feel hydrated & moisturized.
  • I would like to not have to use a primer under my foundation (to hide my pores).
  • I would like to look more radiant & glowy, without make-up.

 

Since using the Clarins Daily Duo I can most certainly tell you that my overall skin appearance has improved. While I still have some texture to my skin, it is much smoother so I would say there is an improvement in that. And I am sure that if I continue to use the Double Serum, I will see even more of an improvement in texture.

For the past 2 weeks, I have gone 80% of my time without make-up on my face. 80% is a huge chunk of time for me. My skin looks hydrated & a bit more plump which makes me feel a lot more comfortable without make-up. I use make-up to make myself look more ‘alive’, but because my skin has been radiant & glowy from using the Clarins Daily Duo, I have not felt the need to do so.

Also, I should mention that for the past year, I have had to use a primer under my foundation to minimize the appearance of my enlarged pores. I wear lots of highlighter so visible pores are a no no. Since using the Double Serum, my pores are still visible, but they have improved in appearance & seem like they are a little smaller.

I am happy with the 30-day results from using the Clarins Daily Duo (Double Serum & Multi-Active Day/Night creams). I will continue to use these products, & am excited to see further improvements in my skin.
