Now that I have shared a bit about the competition, here are the ingredients & directions for my DIY New Year’s Eve cocktails (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) with Appetiser. Be sure to watch the video where I show you a demo of how I made them 🙂

Alcoholic Cocktail 

Ingredients (Makes 2 glasses):

  • double shot Malibu rum
  • double shot Amaretto
  • 1 can  Appletiser
  • Coconut slithers for garnish


  • Add Malibu rum & Amaretto into a shaker with some ice
  • Shake it a few times (you should feel the chill of the shaker against your fingers)
  • Pour the Appletiser into the glasses
  • Pour the cocktail mixture after the Appletiser
  • Add a few slithers of coconut to garnish



Ingredients (Makes 2 glasses):

  • 2 heaped tsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 can of Appletiser
  • double shot Lime cordial


  • Muddle the pomegranate seeds with lime cordial in a shaker
  • Add the Appletiser & some ice
  • Shake it up lightly
  • Pour the cocktail into your glass through the strainer
  • Add a few pomegranate seeds for garnish
