Last week I shared with you this exciting Kiehl’s “CHANGE YOUR SKIN” campaign using the Midnight RecoveryConcentrate (see post here). And this week I will embark on my 28 day journey, where I hope to see my skin look more radiant, & hydrated as we go into the winter season. So today, I thought I would tell you all a bit about my skin type, my daily routine etc.
As you can see in the picture, my skin is quite uneven. And I have freckles too. I also have constant dark circles under my eyes, which is why I almost always use concealer. I have poor sleeping habits so I just try to cover up rather than get enough sleep. I would say I have normal skin, it is not dry or oily. In terms of break-outs & blemishes, I have never really had problem skin. My skin has always been clear, although I tend to get a few spots from time to time.
My daily skincare routine consists of the following products:
1. Kiehl’s Oil Free Cleanser
2. Kiehl’s Oil Free Toner
3. Kiehl’s Super Fluid UV Defense
4. Kiehl’s Oil Free Moisturiser

However, at night I don’t use the Super Fluid UV Defense. I don’t use a night cream, I now I should, & at one point I did, I just didn’t keep up with it. And in all honesty, there are some nights I don’t put anything on my face, but I promise with this challenge, I am going to be absolutely religious with the Midnight Recovery Concentrate.
